The biggest reward for nurses, is a very simple gesture: the smile - a sign of gratitude and appreciation from every patient. In times of Covid-19, nurses have barely been seeing any of these smiles, since all patients coming into to the hospital or clinics for their regular check-ups or consultations are wearing masks. So that priceless reward has been missing for a long time.
